Inventory does not match what is advertised online. Store associate said it never matches. It’s “ the Internet”. That’s not acceptable when you’re making a trip to pick something up.

Jay is the owner and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Best hardware store I’ve ever been to. I had a delightful time and received better care than I’ve received anywhere else. They take pride in their customer service and it shows!
If you need help with anything electrical related, Jay is your guy and this is the store to go to! (He can help with anything though!)

Purpose of going was to get tool to fix a toilet seat. Receive friendly expertise service finding tools. Check out personnel friendly. I was given a coupon that made my purchase less expensive.

Bought a set of Traeger spatulas from Ace Hardware in Centerville 2 days ago. Tied to return to my local Ace here in South Ogden. The cashier was reluctant to return the item and said she didn’t think she could return items from other Ace stores. She then said my receipt looked funny because it didn’t have a barcode. Lol Seriously? She called her manager who stated that “they needed to get rid of stuff” and therefore would not return a new item that I bought 2 days prior with a valid receipt. Complete joke and incompetent staff. I won’t be shopping here any longer. Back to Home Depot from now on.
