If I could rate this place a zero I would. It’s not the fact that the place was bad but the customer service was absolute trash. we have been to multiple locations and have never been treated the way we were at the riverdale location. Specifically TERRY! He was the rudest old man ever. They also close earlier than what it states online, he even agreed that they close at 9! The second guy was kind and said we could be helped but terry wouldn’t even let us buy a quick headlight and just kicked my husband out of the building saying “he didn’t care, they’re closed” even though we had plenty of time to quickly grab and checkout. I don’t recommend the riverdale location especially if terry is working.

I called auto zone they took 4 rings to answer. I called orileys they took 4 rings to answer as well and this I called advanced and AJ answered the phone without it even ringing one time absolutely great customer service

Bought a battery there less than a month ago it lasted maybe a couple weeks. Brought it back in they tested it and said that it was faulty. So they sold me a faulty product. One that was still under warranty.
But they still refused to honor their own warranty. They demanded I buy a brand new one for over $200.
Again this battery was still under warranty they sold it to me and they admitted it was faulty.
So they sold their customer a bad product and then refused to make it right.
That is a literal scam and I will be filing a report with the better Business bureau.
Save yourself the money and the hassle and head down to the Walmart like I did.
They're cheaper and they treat their customers with basic human decency.
I will not be returning to this advanced Auto parts or probably any of their stores.
Is there going to straight up scam people like this they don't deserve to be in business and they certainly don't deserve my business.
