I did not want to leave any stars for the behavior of one of your employees, we are all suffering finicially, however to charge more than what it is on your shelf is not ok! So far our money has not been put back in our account?This location is the worst for any kind of customer service and the skinny guy tries to rip you off.Also reporting your company to the BBB because you fail to take care of your employee problems. Worst costumer service I've had in any supply shop around the country. Never will I ever darken the door of an Airgas if there is any other option.

Ryan is a super guy. We were the last 2 people in the store (we were the idiots that drove in 1 min before close) and we got treated fantastic. I've used Airgas in the past and I'll definitely keep with them. Its people who provide exceptional service that keep businesses going.Thanks for making it happen!!!

Don't shop here, especially don't get welding gas here. First their cost is ridiculous and had charges they couldn't explain (one was seriously because I was putting it in my car). I had one tank with a leak (I closed the valve when not in use) and drained in less than a week, where a small bottle lasts me a month or more for as much as I use it. Another bottle has a valve that is garbage and almost requires a wrench to turn.Get your welding gas and welding supplies from Linde/Praxair, they are cheaper and much better customer service.I've also used Norco, but customer service at Norco is terrible too.

Melissa was very very helpful. They didnt have what i needed (which herdly ever happens). However, I needed the gas badly so Melissa called different competitors stores and found a bottle of Argon for me. They really care about my best interest when they put the pride aside and called thr competition. She then apologized and I was appreciative of her extra work because she didnt have to do that. My experience at the competitor (rocky mountain) was a disaster. Very sneaky and rude. So I made sure to go back to see melissa from now on and thank her for her customer service. She always makes me feel comfertable and will try her best to get me the best deal. Ever since then she always made sure they have bottles stocked. I'm an Airgas customer for life.

An excellent experience ! As a first time customer (doinga favor for a friend) I felt very comfortable. The sales woman at the front desk was busy but, got to me quickly. She was so courteous and helpful, and I was done in no time at all. She was helpful at every step in the process.

Great store! Amazing Customer service!
The manager and front desk girls were amazing, there was a system issue and they did everything they could to help me and make sure I was taken care of. You can’t ask for anything better then when a company is on your side when a uncrown troll let issue happens. They value the customer first!
Great job, I’ll keep coming back to this location for future business.
