Came to the store today (Saturday) at 4:40pm and it was totally closed. There were appliances in what I assumed would have been an entryway, so who knows if this place is even open for business in general. Didn't even look like you could get in during business hours. Not sure what's going on here.

David helped me and my wife find a really good refurbished LG Washer and Dryer set for our new apartment. Price was fair and the condition on the appliances are great! He even helped us out by delivering them to our apartment! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who isn't able to afford brand new appliances but want some good used products!

Feeling like a millionaire. I love how amazing my new to me LG washer and dryer looks. Going to be honest I was a little nervous at first. But I'm a single mom on an extreme budget that wanted something special for my 40th. He took very good care of me and made sure I was happy every step of the process. Would recommend to a friend. Got a load going now seems to work like new.

I’ve worked with appliance connection in Ogden Utah for over 10 years now. They’ve been fantastic at providing washers and dryers at affordable pricing while also standing behind their work. I’ve used them for rentals, commercial properties, as well as my personal home. If I ever need a washer or dryer they’re my first call.

I tried to give this place a free dryer and they said they would pick it up after I gave my phone number, address, and pictures of the dryer. The weather was bad, and then the guy had a hurt back, and the last time just flat out blew me off after he said he'd come get it and I moved it to the street for his easy pickup. I'm guessing he just changed his mind, but not once did he reach out to me to say he couldn't it, so now I change my mind. The customer shouldn't have to do all the work.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Ordered on the 9th of Nov, and arrived on the 30th with the damaged washer. After over two weeks, I'm nowhere with them, unhelpful helpline and very poor customer service. Save yourself stress and go locally.

Oh my gosh. PLEASE stay AWAY!!!to A "floor manager" David took my escalated call. I'm adding that in hopes his boss sees this review. These people are rude insulting have no clue how to do business. When I placed my order I was given an estimated arrival time. When that day rolled around I checked on the progress. Not only was it not arriving that day.. IT HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED. They just got them in that day. I was told it was going out that day or the next and would be here (no garuntee because if something happened to the truck) Sunday or Monday. But that didn't happen. They CANCELED my order without my consent! So they litteraly made me go without a microwave for an entire week and now I have to go find it somewhere else. And start over. When I called to question it, they didn't even apologize. Just said I could reorder on line if I wanted. Can you believe it? Just save yourself from these morons and shop elsewhere!

We purchased a garage ready upright freezer and fridge. Reason I bought from them is website said it was in stock. Freezer was not. So waited almost 2 months to receive. Once I received it the freezer had dings all over it. I spoke with the trucking company who we had haul away our old fridge/ freezer and deliver the new ones and they said to call company with the concerns of damaged freezer. So under their advice I thought company would do a simple exchange. Nope they said we should not have accepted it and the best they can do is exchange with a shipping charged to us at 300 dollars. Not only did the product come damaged but neither trucking company or appliance connection want to deal with us. We have tried emailing to talk to a manager at appliance connection ( Elizabeth). No luck, they even gave us a wrong number in an email and we had to call the customer service and find it ourselves. We have tried calling her and no luck. We are pinged around when we try to call them to talk with someone. I will never buy from this company again. They don't want to do what is right. They say trucking company shouldn't have said that and I said I agree but they did and even noted it on his delivery notes. And the trucking company say to talk with appliance company. It's very annoying I would have sent it back right away but they hauled my other fridge / freezer and I had no room for all my food and they said the company will handle it don't worry. Go with Home Depot or Lowe's. Much better customer service .

Update: I was shocked at some of the reviews here and then realized that they are talking about a DIFFERENT Appliance Connection. They were talking about an online store that sells new appliances. The correct Appliance Connection listed here is a mom and pop shop that refurbishes washers and dryers! They have no website! It's a used appliance store. Appliance Connection in Ogden Utah is run by David and his wife. They give a free 1 year in shop warranty and free local delivery. They have been around for over 20 years. That doesn't happen unless you know how to run a good business. It's sad that people can't read. Have had no issues and will buy from here again and also refer many to this man's store. Old school all the way!
Update: bought another washer and dryer set from David about 2 months ago. I would never buy from anyone else. I love the free one year in shop warranty. Longest warranty ever. David bends over backwards for his customers. The set we bought had an issue and something unforeseen. Instead of making us wait for a part....he offered us a different set. A more expensive washer and dryer! For no extra cost! Like most small businesses they have a no refund policy that you sign. But if you aren't a jerk, David always works with you. We got an even nicer set! Can't beat that! Some of the reviews I've read here leave out what they signed on their receipt/warranty. Can't really complain about what you agreed to in writing! All I know is that I'd trust no one else. These are good people.
They have free local curbside delivery and a free one year warranty if you bring it in to the shop. The prices and warranty are the best we've found. Was referred by a couple friends who've bought from them and were pleased. They are open later in the day and on Saturdays but will come in if you make an appointment.....the owner came over to meet me 15 minutes after I called. Those complaining about the hours and warranty and curbside drop off etc obviously did not read the receipt/warranty that they gooverwith you and that you sign. It's all right there.

UPDATE 2 - May 19, 2023: It has now been 7 months since I was delivered a range without legs. Once we could finally use the stove (2 months after it sat in my kitchen), we noticed we couldn't have the burners and the oven on at the same time. It's odd since it'a a dual fuel unit that is electric for the oven and gas for the stove.
After getting a repair person over here, he said the entire inside is corroded, there is not any chance that could have happened in a dry climate like Utah and that it must have come that way from the factory. It means that when you turn the oven on, the radiant heat comes up and heats up the thermocouple which causes the stove to be in safety mode and not light at all. This happens when the oven hits 150 degrees. We've known this now since December. Nothing.
UPDATE: after I finally installing my appliance myself, this website's biggest weakness is there delivery service provider. Some stuff did come damage and I'm still waiting on those damaged parts to be replaced, but they did ship them quickly. To help solve the original issue. I had to call the manufacturer myself.
Original review: True story: I ordered a range from Appliance Connection on 10/30 and added a 5 year warranty. It arrived via AM Transportation in my local terminal on 11/8. I REALLY needed this in before Thanksgiving so I wrote in to tell them I would come and pick it up and install it myself to make sure that happened, despite the fact that I paid for installation.
They assured me that it would be installed the following week. Friday night of the following week they said the install people would be here Saturday morning so I needed to prep the space, get rid of the old range, etc.
I did all that and, on Saturday, the range HAD NO LEGS. So, they waited until the very last minute and, of course, they couldn't install it. They said they'd be here on Monday and find legs in the warehouse from a different returned or damaged unit. Thanksgiving is now a few hours away and we have no range nor oven. I've been on the phone no less than a dozen times this week with both Appliance Connection and AM Transportation. No one will take responsibility and they are saying that it will take 2 weeks to get the legs here.
Honestly, I think I'd rather return all of the stuff just so someone has to take responsibility. This is honestly the worst experience I've ever had.
