My fiance went in to get her phone updated and Alex did an amazing job helping her through backing up her iCloud storage. When I got there he set me up to get my phone upgrade as well. He was very personable and genuine while helping us.

Kendra is seriously the best person to work with there. She is very sweet, kind and fully knowledgeable of her job and performes beyond what is expected. I have never been treated so kindly by a person and will be returning to this store just for her! I love her spunk and upbeat personality and she was so sweet with my kids!<3

We needed to replace our old flip phone. My wife called the AT&T store in the Newgate Mall and spoke with the manager, Kendra. Kendra didn’t have any flip phones in stock, so she volunteered to go to another store, pick up a new flip phone, and have it ready for my wife at the Newgate Mall store. Later that evening I went into the store and met Kendra: it would be difficult, if not impossible, to find a more helpful, kind, and patient person. Kendra and her staff made sure that the phone was all ready to go for my wife. They even transferred over the contacts from the old phone. Extraordinary!

Had to have my cell phone information transfered from 1 phone to another. Had to wait for about 1 hour before the Sales Person could help me. After waiting Staff started switching.

Went and got a SIM Card today. The systems were slow, I was onery.
The sales consultant was patient and took care of our needs.
She even through tge SIM Card in for free after taking an ear full from me.
