Braydon and his manager did not help us the way we wished. We went to a different ATNT store nearby and they were able to help even though we were specifically declined on wheat we needed here. Honestly would avoid this store as a whole and go to a different one.

Kenzey C went above and beyond as a rep to help me when no one else could. The customer phone service is USELESS, but Kenzey C made it possible for my phone number to get switched to a business line without issue. We run a half-billion dollar company and I know very well when I see excellent service. Kenzey C deserves a raise!

I was trying to change carriers and I’m glad be able to change Michael was very friendly and help me with all my questions l recommend this store all the workers look friendly and knows what they are doing.l love my new phone me and my son we get out with a happy face both with phone and tablet ?.

Michael is great! Walked in with an idea of what I wanted and a need to import from another carrier, walked out 45 minutes later with everything set up and an amazing new Samsung 24 Ultra. Best phone buying experience I've had in years!

I didn’t personally work with this blonde kid but every time I go in he always has AirPods in and watching shows on his phone while helping customers. I’m glad he didn’t work with me because that’s the most disrespectful thing I think personally working at a business place. Someone really needs to say something to him. But other than that love the environment of the store and the other reps!
