Walked into the store for first time today. Not one clerk said a thing to my husband and I. I dont think I will be back. Apparently their clerks believe being on their phone will help sell clothing.

Anytime I’ve gone there with a specific need , I find it. Today I went in overwhelmed and body negative… and before I knew it Tasha and 2 other amazing employees had me smiling and all set with an outfit for tonight. So thankful!

I wasn’t greeted once. I even smiled at the ladies when I came in. Maybe I’m not young or hip enough for them. I Walked through the store and was stared at but never spoken to. I took my money somewhere else. Please hire people with personalities and that actually care about your company. I’d run circles around their customer service anyday.

I had the most pleasant shopping experience at this store location last night. As soon as I entered the store, someone came up to me and asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and if they could set me up with a changing room. The ladies even joined me in the search for a dress I could wear to my baby shower. Their customer service went above and beyond. Though I didn’t find what I was looking for, all of the ladies working were extremely helpful, professional, and kind beyond measure! I will definitely returning! Thank you ladies for making my day!

Went there today for the first time and was so happy with the customer service!! The sales associate Blake was probably my favorite sales associate I've ever shopped with, like seriously. He wasn't super salesman but was very very helpful and gave opinions in the nicest of ways, he checked on me multiple times to make sure I had everything I needed and was sweet to my babe and hubby. Definitely will shop there again, came away with a few really cute pieces.

This store is my wife's favorite. I often come here for gifts for her, most recently for Christmas. The same girl usually helps me, she even recognized me this last time! I picked out a cool plaid coat and she helped me make a whole out fit out of it. Makes it way easier on us guys! The girl that helps me must be a manager, because she is always there. I wish I knew her name to give her some credit, I think I heard one of the other people call her Darby? (Spelling) but that could be wrong. Whoever it is she is, she is very helpful, and I'm always glad to see she is working when I come in. Some stores the people don't even acknowledge you but I always get great service in here and so does my wife.

Sales associates are pretty friendly, most of the time. I took off a star because sizing is limited. Like another reviewer said, I'm 5'2 and their dresses are usually too long. They don't accept returns, only merchandise credit. Also, in store stock sells quickly in size small, wish they had sizes extra small too.
