O stars for this store, every time I ordered online they canceled my order, idk what's wrong with those ladies, but the last time I order and they canceled I step on to the store right after i gotcthe canceled email, and grab the items my self went straight to the cashier and ask what was the reason for keep canceling my order, all they have to say was " I'm sorry" they just too " busy" I guess to be picking out orders.

First time I come into a Bath & Body Works and receive horrible customer service. It was such an unpleasant experience. The short girl with the dark hair was unkind. I could just feel how annoyed and impatient she was of us having issues with a coupon.

This is the first store I have been to with your franchise where I felt so uwelcomed and the blonde cashier was not pleasant at all !!
Had questions and a comment on where my coupons went online, so I could save money, get my free item, and she treated me like I was a Liar. She would not try to assist me with my coupons and blamed the company for them disappearing out of my wallet. Kept mentioning paper ones which I have not received in awhile from you!!
Most awful feeling I have had in a long time.
After this encounter I may not ever buy another product from your stores again.

I had a reward for $17 that expired "tomorrow ". When I went into the store it expired at 6:00 a.m. that morning. You would think they would make it right. I'm done with Bath & Body works. I can buy what I want on amazon.

I love the store and most of the staff are kind and helpful. NOT Heather, though. She needs to go. She is not at all good with customers. She was so haughty and rude to me. She needs to have more patience and a good refresher on how to treat customers. Even though I was not happy about this return - or attempt at exchange, the other two girls involved in helping me were just as you would expect a good customer service representative to be - helpful. I couldn't believe how Heather lost her composure - it was ugly! I will not stop going to this store but if I see her I will not do business with her.

As i was in the store getting body fragrance with my son and mother i couldn't reach the top shelf to get the one i needed and because the worker standing next didn't offer to help me i got into one of the drawers. After doing so the worker snapped at me and shut the draw very aggressively. And told us not to touch or open the drawerAfter we apologized for doing so she proceeded to walk over to another worker and talk badly about us to another worker. Then proceeded to tell other workers and everyone in front of us and other customers could see and hear. She was so disrespectful I will not be visiting this location again. I called the store manager to talk about my experiences and she already knew which proves the point the young lady went around talking rudely about me in the store to everyone i will not be going to Riverdale UT store again i will go-to Station park i have no problem not gettingin the drawers but i do have a problem with a worker treating us so badly
