The laminate tiles in my house have separated in some spots and overlapped in others. Chipped apart all over the place!! The installers have came and fixed the flooring about 5 times and just do a half a$$ job every time. I'm tired of having them in my house! Not sure how to post pictures.

From the start, this company was amazing. We were under a tight timeframe to get our next tenants into our commercial space and we needed our flooring redone. Dennis the owner was very professional and responsive to any concerns and needs from the time I first walked into his business and even after the install when some of the trim came loose he arranged to have his installer return to fix it. Overall great customer service.

Wonderful customer service. Dennis is so kind and helpful. Quick shipping and carpet was installed in less than 10 days. Carpet installation was excellent. Kort was our installer and he also re-stretched all the other carpet in our home. We are super satisfied with Big Carpet and recommend them highly!!
