They’re really good about coming to inspect for a quote, but they’re ghost after that. I even reached out for an update, and they still haven’t given me the quote.
Their online presence would indicate that they do good work. I have yet to see this personally.
I give 2 stars because 1 is just rude without good reason.

Big Yeti did an excellent job at building our outdoor kitchen. They were one of the few companies willing to take on this unique and challenging project. They had a great crew that walked us through every step of the way and overall it was a reasonable price for all the work they did. The craftsmanship was impressive with the steel and the attention to detail. Sias, Derek and Kim all work wonders. My only complaint is it was a bit slow moving at times as it took nearly 6 months but we weren’t in a huge hurry so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’m very impressed at the work and will be checking with them for any potential future projects!

Super happy with the job done on our front railing! The workers were friendly and professional. The office staff was prompt and helpful. I will call them again when I need another project like this done.

HIGHLY recommend Big Yeti Builders if you are looking for a deck building company! From their upfront honesty and knowledge of everything that needs to go into a deck. To their team of professionals and craftsmanship, Big Yeti Builders went above and beyond our expectations for our deck!
On day one they came in with all of the materials already preset to start the project. Tore down our original deck in one day and cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace of leftover materials. Secured our new deck into the cement with anchors so well that this deck isn’t moving!
After 4 days in the bitter cold of January we now have a beautiful, stately deck that will last for several decades, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Sias, the owner, made the estimate process a breeze and was easy to work with. His crew did a phenomenal build. The front office was just as easy to work with. I definitely would recommend their services to anyone.

The quality of our deck build is exceptional. I have two family members that had decks built by Big Yeti and they are both fantastic. The decks they build are remarkably sturdy. The professionalism of Sias and the entire team is top notch. They were able to get our deck built very quickly without diminishing quality. We are beyond pleased with our new deck and the entire experience. I highly recommend them for your next project!

Big Yeti built us a beautiful deck. They are very professional to work with and they are highly skilled at building decks. They did such an outstanding job designing and building our deck that we asked them to build our outdoor kitchen on our deck/patio. It came out great. We use the space all year round. It is our favorite space of the house.

Our deck is not too old, but was built by a different builder. Over time the stairs were starting to really settle into the ground and pulling apart from the main deck, and we were worried about the underneath supports for the main part of the deck. We had Big Yeti come out and take a look and give us an estimate for what it would take to rebuild the stairs in a better way, and add support beams and posts under the deck. Their estimate was fair and in our comfort range, and they were really great to work with through the initial estimate phase. Kim in their office was very personable and kept us in the loop on things, and the guy they sent out for the estimate (I think his name was Phil) was great to work with as well. We decided to go with them for our job, and are very glad we did. They came out in a very reasonable time. And Derek and his crew were great to work with. Derek is very friendly and his crew all worked hard and got the job done with great quality. We were very impressed! We now have a deck that is very sturdy and well reinforced. Thank you Derek, Phil, Kim and crew! I would highly recommend Big Yeti for any job you have!

When going through the bid and design process. We had a vision and they were able to take that and bring it together and give us exactly what we wanted. If there was questions on either side we talked through them and made appropriate decisions. They showed up on time and left each night the yard in a clean condition. When they left you wouldn’t know they had been there. Can’t wait to have more work done

Big Yeti did an amazing job on our new deck. The entire process was quick, professional, and painfree. We got exactly what we expected and a little more. Out of all of our bids, Sias spent the time to educate us on the entire process and the products they use. They were able to move us up a week early (yeah) and complete a 13x20 deck in two and a half days. Amazing work by your team Sias!

The best decision we made was to work with big yeti. Very easy to work with. We discussed what we wanted and they were able to provide beyond what we imagined. The crew was very friendly and they showed up and got the job done before the original scheduled date. Not to mention they cleaned up all the mess and didn’t leave a sign that they was even here. I highly recommend them for your deck dreams I love what they did fit us

Really great experience with Big Yeti Builders and I’m so glad we didn’t go any other way. Our old deck was on its last leg so I had Sias come and give us a quote to redo it. These guys pay a lot of attention to details. He pointed out that the location of the old stairs was using up a lot of our space because of the walkway needed from the door to get to the stairs. We went with the same size deck, and even though the rail is thicker than the old causing a little loss of space, it feels like we gained some with the new placement of the stairs. Demo/Installation crew was fabulous as well
