I CANNOT be more happy with Bitton Auto. They are fantastic. They have been incredibly generous and have made sure that I left with a great running car. They ACTUALLY check out each vehicle they buy mechanically and they ACTUALLY make sure the car is running well before putting a for sale sign on it. This 2009 Kia Rio runs very well and drives extremely smooth and its extremely clean on the inside. I love it.
I am very impressed with the whole team at Bitton Auto. Major thanks to the whole team! Craig, his wife and their 2 mechanics ya'll are amazing and deserve many blessings. Thank you so much!

Craig was friendly and provided great customer service right from the beginning. When I purchased the 2002 Tahoe from out of town, he provided pictures and video. In addition, he was flexible on the payments and transport timeline. He always answered all my questions in a prompt manner. The Tahoe is very clean and in great running condition. I will definitely buy another vehicle with Craig!

I'll be honest, I didn't expect much from this place. We fell in love with a Kia Forte. It was the correct average mileage for the year and there were zero issues with the car. They were awesome to deal with and they did absolutely zero pressuring to buy anything. They've treated us better than anywhere we've been before. Our next purchase will most likely be buying our next vehicle from here. Highly recommended!

I bought a car from Craig a week ago. He's very kind, personable, and helpful. He addressed all our questions and concerns, and was upfront about everything.
Craig and his staff were quick to fix an issue I brought up regarding the vehicle. He took care of it within the hour. Impressive!!
All in all, our experience purchasing a vehicle from Craig is a wholesome and positive one. And we'll definitely recommend this place.

Drove 9 hours for a vehicle that was completely misrepresented to me. When i asked for video of the vehicle before making my trip, detailing any damage i was told it's the cleanest jeep the guy had ever seen. He then sent a poor quality video that moved quickly around the car. I assume he was the owner.
When I got there and saw the MULTIPLE damaged spots (cracked rear bumper, cracked head light, wheels heavily damaged, pulley going out, scratch on rear bumper corner....) he said it was my fault that I didn't ask about these things, even though I specifically asked him about body damage.
Not to mention this dealership is quite difficult to communicate with. I had to ask 4 different times for the videos that their websites says they provide before he finally sent sub par ones.
I'm sure he figured after a 9 hr drive I would just buy it. Not in that condition.
The vehicles he has are not quality and I would strongly advise anyone against using this dealership.
Completely unprofessional and horrendous service.

Talked to the owner told him I was going to come for a test drive , never heard from him test drove the car was going to put a deposit down they told me the car was already sold.
