Mosiah at this Boost store helped me a great deal. I was trying to move our 2 phones from another provider who was very very unhelpful. Moriah spent hours helping us until he finally was able to resolve the situation. 5 stars Mosiah.

Josiah was an OUTSTANDING agent to deal with when I had to purchase a SIM card for my new phone. This place recently changed management hands and owners so PLZ ignore the old reviews as this new owners and staff are sooo accommodating and really helped me as I was very panicked at the time and made sure I got all my questions answered before I left. Positive word of mouth is needed to keep small businesses afloat in these days & times so plz patronize this great cell shop with friendly & patient staff in the form of Mosiah. Thank you sir ✌️💯

Wow the new owners have hired a really amazing young man named Mosiah. He has amazing customer service. Goes above and beyond to help you with what you need. I watched this young man juggle 3 sets of customers speaking English and Spanish with ease. I'd find this gent 10 stars 🌟 if I could. Mind you I worked in retail customer service for almost 20yrs.

Amazing customer service, best Boost location up North!
My daughter had some issues with her iPhone and the SIM card. We went to the Clearfield location first and spent over an hour there with no help or solution.(Terrible customer service)
We went to this location(Washington Blvd) the next day and he had a new SIM working in about 15 minutes! Thank you so much!

I came into the store to switch phone carriers to boost and the worker greeted us and was very attentive when helping us. I had problems switching carriers and the worker was very reassuring and patient with us the whole time. We solved the issue due to his help! Amazing service and would recommend this store to everyone!

This is the best BOOST store around. Mosiah, really helped my out. My phone was just a real pain , I was eligible for an upgrade and he got me the best deal with a great Motorola. So grateful. 😃

My phone was broken and I needed a new phone ASAP, the worker that help me was very nice, helpful. To switch over to boost we’re needed to port in my number from another company which took just a little over 4 hours but instead of giving up, he stayed later to ensure that we got everything figured out and I left the store with a new phone and was able to port my number I was very pleased with the determination this employee had to get what we need to get done

Stopped by to get my son’s phone switched to boost. Spent a considerable amount of time in the store getting it all squared away but the attendant was super nice.

Our son signed us up with Boost Mobile. We had several issues with the phone we purchased on line. The phone issues cause many problems for the two young ladies working hard to sign us up. They were very gracious and kind the whole time. Altho we took up many hours of their time they did not give up easily. They very pleasantly smiled & laughed their way thru. Victoria & Frida are so kind & wonderful....we feel like we are good friends with them. I would recommend Boost Mobile to all....just to get to know these sweet young women.
