Friendly and diligent but not alert. My def pump went out, and as a lease purchase operator, I was required to diagnose the problem costing me a $167. I did not get the proper service, a force regen that's normally included and a report on what is wrong with the truck in total- overall? What are other observations? Even after I ask for a printout, I was only given a diagnosis of the def pump. I would only use them again if I really had too, No other options.

Had an issue with my DEF system and stopped by this shop. Gabe helped me out, and honestly, he’s one of the best mechanics I’ve ever met. You can tell he really loves what he does — he explained everything clearly, even the small details, and made sure I understood what caused the problem and what could happen if it’s not fixed. Super knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Big thanks to Gabe for the great work!

I would give it a zero if I could. Came to get a tire replaced and one guy in front of me but they can't replace his tire because they can't get the tire he needs because it's in a bay where they are doing mechanic work on a truck that's blocking them from getting it. So now we have to wait for them to move the truck. They have about 7 techs working but really only two are. The rest are walking around aimlessly. Talked to the manager and all he said was he didn't put that truck in the Bay. Great leadership. I thought I was at the circus.

Worst washout ever, 56 dollars for no soap just plain water, no wonder they make you pay before doing the work, avoid at all cost, there is a washout place north of there if you’re going into Idaho at exit 365, STS commercial truck, it’s on google map, they’re around 40 for washout plus they hand wash trucks there too, they do a great job and if there’s a line for regular wash and you need a washout they use a different bay and get you out of there, I had some cooking oil leak out so it had some white grease in the grooves, I had a meat load to pickup in Idaho and meat plants like their trailers clean

I went to get my flat tire replaced. I also asked for all my other tires to be checked because I had a few more bad ones. I wanted them to let me know so I could replace those too. They only changed my flat tire. The young fat guy named Jake who was working in the mechanic section told me that all my tires were good. But he never checked any of them. I was standing by the truck, so I saw that he didn’t check them at all. He lied to me by saying there was no problem. Even though I addressed him as “sir,” he spoke very disrespectfully, as if he was angry that I came there. I will definitely never go to any of their branches again, and I will never recommend this place to any of my fellow truckers.

this Shop not keeping customers informed about the progress of repairs and he didn’t providing accurate information about the cost and time required Truck being held for extended period with no clear timeline for completionand they don’t have all parts that you need don’t go there

WAS a great shop like 6 months ago now they hire little kids that don't want to work I've been here since 10am just for a simple oil change and its 9pm and I'm still waiting go get in the bay. They have 4 people and all of them are playing on their phone. Shame on the Manager of this place that hires people like them

In the morning at 8 o'clock I went to the DOT for a technical inspection. They checked, found faults, took 90 dollars and issued a conclusion about impurity. The second time, after 5 hours of waiting, they took 185 dollars from me and did nothing. In total 90 + 185 dollars for nothing and waiting from morning till evening.
