I was rear-ended and these people took good care of me. They were pretty good with responses and updates, as well as, making sure my car was repaired right. The tail light I needed replaced at first was replaced with a used one that had a small crack in it they didn't notice. Once I brought it to their attention, Jamie was very quick to apologize and fix the problem with a new tail light. Fixed my crooked fender side panel too. Very nice folks, good work, and I loved working with Kathy and Barry. I would recommend based off my service. Insurance covered my cost, but it was all OEM, so the cost was worth it.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! Paul Youngberg, the general manager, kept us updated throughout the entire repair process. He went above and beyond to make sure our car was repaired quickly and expertly. We highly recommend!

Long story short we ended up just having to trade for new car for a newer car because of all the issues we encountered at this shop. I'm amazed really.Everyone knows parts delivery is slow no matter what now a days but month after month of waiting and asking we find said parts had arrived but no one was working on the vehicle for who knows how long. The vehicle was left out in the elements for weeks with no windshield or rear glass installed. Roof was welded on with no protection for the interior so damage to the seats caused the need for new seat upholstery. Which sat in the backseat for a very long time. Welding debris in the upper vents and allover the dash. Paint had debris everywhere in it. Sat with no tire on the wheel for who knows how long.Brought all this up to management multiple times but every time we'd go check up on the vehicle no progress was ever made.Almost positive this vehicle was with them for over 6 months before we gave up on the idea of getting it back.Management needs to get ahold of their crew cause being told your vehicle will be finished tomorrow and you find nothing has been repaired is embarrassing.Haven't seen someone completely trash a year old vehicle in record time like this before.Services: Exhaust

A follow up to my previous review: After I posted my review, I heard from Young Hyundai immediately. Customer service at Young Hyundai submitted a claim on my behalf to ask Hyundai to cover the paint repairs. Ultimately, Hyundai agreed to cover 75% of the paint repairs and they would not cover a rental car. I'm not happy I had to pay any part of it. If the white paint is faulty, Hyundai should pay to repaint cars with this paint - no matter the year of the car. I had to take my car into their body shop to get an estimate. With Hyundai covering 75%, they estimated I would have to pay ~$600 out of pocket. They said it would be done in a week and a half. At the week and half mark, I called and they said it wasn't done. It would be done in another week. Cut to the following week, I called and it was still not done - It was not pushed to early the next week. I'm at 3 weeks without a car at this point. I called the next week. It was still not done. They broke my windshield when they removed it and they needed a glass company to send another one. They said they would try to cut down their labor costs to stay at the $600 I was estimated but I might have to pay more for the windshield. What ever happened to "you break it, you buy it"? How is it reasonable to ask me to pay for a new windshield that they broke? The next day, it still wasn't done. At this point, I'm at my wits end. I explained I was quoted 1.5 weeks, you guys have nearly 4 weeks at this point. I need a rental car. Of course the only person who can apparently authorize these things is not in the office. I decided to call customer service at the dealership to see if she could get in contact with someone to get me a car. I also explained the situation with the windshield. She submitted a claim on my behalf to Hyundai to ask them to cover it. I don't care who covers it as long as it's not me. She was unable to get ahold of anyone to get me a car. Why is there only one person who can approve a loaner car? At this point, this process has been about 3 months long. Between the rides I had to pay for, money spent on food delivery, and the actual car repairs, I'm in the hole at least $1,000. I really wanted to give a higher rating for my follow up review but this experience continues to be an expensive headache. ~Here's the latest: They are out of loaner cars and my car still won't be done today. I just keep getting the run around. I asked for them to pay for a rental car and they just said "We'll get back to you". They won't take ownership of their issues, they won't make it right on price, and they won't do anything to compensate me on my loss of a car for 3+ weeks.

I worked with Jim and Hailey during the repair of my car. They were honest, reassuring, and kept me informed on the progress of the major repair. They worked well with my insurance and Enterprise car rentals. Thanks for making a miserable situation a little easier to handle

Truthfully, the repairs look great! And the mechanic went out of his way to polish our headlights. But the major problem with this shop is the lack of communication. I was told they’d have the car for 4-5 days, possibly a little longer. The car was in the shop for a month. I got one update from them at about day 4, then no more unless I called, to which return calls were never made back to me. I had spoke with Hailey multiple times about some less visual issues caused by the accident. When I went to pick up the car those issues were not taken care of. The car had to go back 3 separate times after it had been there for a month. And by the last time I was super frustrated, but still tried to remain kind. The window washer fluid tank was broken, they replaced it, but didn’t fill or even test to make sure it worked. We filled it, it didn’t work. The other issues not taken care of that were discussed at the initial estimate as well as multiple times over the phone with Hailey was a tire issue as well as a broken horn. The bumper and lights look great, I just really feel as if communication and follow through are a major issue.Services: Body & Trim

I took my car in for an estimate on damages. They said they could get it done that day. It's been 4 business days and they never got back to me. I called twice and they said they would give me a call and they never did.

Quick read: This business will charge your insurance and not repair it fully.If possible, I would give them 0 stars after the way they have treated us for over 2 months. Our vehicle was in an accident in which the other driver was at fault. The rear lift gate and rear bumper was damaged and needed to be repaired. The insurance agreed to have this business to fix it. Once they told us it was fixed we took it to get washed. After the wash we noticed these scratches were not fixed.They have told us for over a month that they would fix once they had a rental. They keep repeating the same story about not having a rental. They were paid by the insurance to fix the scratches and have yet to do anything about it.
