Very friendly. My 17 yr old Katniss was not the least bit anxious and very comfortable even with dog barking, which she usually reacts to. Dr Jenson is very passionate with the animals, and Katniss senced that in her.

All of my appointments have been on time with no waiting. My vet is great with my animals, especially with one of them being a problem child. I recommend them highly.
