Just left (3:20pm 6/7/25) and the staff at this location are not helpful, welcoming, nor friendly. 1000% recommend the Layton Hills Buckle over this one.

seriously the best. i usually hate clothes shopping but one of the employees Chloee made it such a fun experience and i found exactly what i was looking for. Very satisfied!

More than once have I gone into this location to purchase sunglasses on their 2 for 22. I pick the glasses off the correct rack and when I get up to pay for them, one rings up not on the sale and they refuse to honor the price even though the items were on the sale rack and on none of the signage does it specify any kind of price other than it’s only for what on the rack.

I was greeted by a worker and when I told them what I was looking for they started to help me find jeans, halfway through the process they left me unattended and they were more worried about talking with someone they knew than helping me finish the selection and checkout process. After trying to find some jeans myself and deciding only to buy the shirt I found, I went to checkout and two workers were busy talking to eachother and sideways looking at me while I was waiting for 10 minutes. It took a fourth worker who was barely attentive enough, to ask if I needed help at checkout. I’ve never seen a buckle location with poor customer service skills like this Riverdale location, very disappointing. I will be shopping a different location from now on.

I would do 3 1/2 stars here if I could. Anyone that shops here knows this is a high end somewhat expensive clothing store. But you will get what you pay for. The impeccable dresser of modern times can be found here. New brands, classic brands.I bought a beautiful leather jacket for a pretty good price. My brother said he liked it, so I went back and bought him one too. It was a bit more difficult the 2nd time as no one was really in the store, but I could not get help to ask if they still sold the product ?♂️.Nice place.
