We tried contacting them to extend our time and they never answered our calls when they finally did they said we could do a payment plan for keeping it for extra time but then took almost $800 out without letting us know and now they have contacted us again wanting another $400

The cost of a 12 ft box truck (which was all they had), was too much for me.

Horrific service. The guy here is incredibly rude and insisted on having commercial insurance in order to rent a truck. He then cancelled my reservation and then CHARGED me and left the rental open!
