Food is always fantastic. Service from the employees not so much. Had a miss type on the computers and tried to explain if I could get a refund or any help. Man just says sorry. Guess you can’t expect to get customer service from the food court. Had to buy more than expected because of the mishap. Never eating at this Costco again.

I LOVE their hotdog. You can’t beat that like in this world that is awesome. Also their pizza is so good. I wish they would bring the churros back. That’s the only downside but other than that it is really good.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER.Although they are good about fixing any issues (It is Costco), if they didn't mess up my order 3 times in the first place, there would be no issue to correct.I'm writing this to help make others aware to be wary of certain thing that might come up at this food court, because unfortunately if I had not been proactive and forthright, it never would have been addressed.HERE IS WHAT HAPPENEDFor the past 3 times in a row we've ordered a whole pizza, they have messed up our order. Juan (who is friendly and has always been kind) was always great about fixing it. So no big deal for the most part.But on Saturday around noon, on Jan 20 I DRAW THE LINE.There was one employee (a hispanic lady, I didn't see her name tag) was rude and defensive, if I were someone uncomfortable with confrontation I would have walked out of there having paid for something I didn't want and wouldn't eat while feeling embarrassed and powerless.I got my order, and because of the past 2 experiences I opened the box to check, sure enough it wasn't the right kind of pizza. I flagged this lady down and told her "hey, I ordered a pepperoni"her response honestly shocked me...with a very short submissive tone she said"Sorry, you touched it, we can't take it back""Well, this isn't what I ordered, if I didn't 'touch it' how would I know it was wrong? Is there another pepperoni you can give me, maybe that one?" (there was one I saw had just come out of the oven)"No we don't have any more and we have other orders, and you touched it, that's just our rules"At this point I just asked her to get her manager, Juan (who is always great). And she just walked away...So I flagged someone else down, according to them I guess the other woman "did" call Juan over, but the nicer lady went and told him something as well...so who knows. He came over and of course fixed the situation right away.So just check your orders, and don't be deterred by this woman if she's there when you go.

I love Costco. We are a Costco family. I have multiple family members who have worked at Costco for over 25 years. That being said- this Costco has everything you need. BUT the customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. The cashiers are by far the rudest Ive ever met. They gossip about others right in front of you, cuss, slam your stuff, and are disorganized and don't talk to you or smile. I find that a big part of your shopping experience is the way the staff treats you. A+ for products F - for the cashiers.
