This costco has the worst possible parking! Other than that it's a nice store with nice employees.

A cashier was serving an Instacart employee latino . The young man told her 4 times that he had 3 orders and that they were separated. The Costco cashier was very rude to the humble young man latino . She didn't even let him speak. I was in the back of the line. The cashier left and called someone else to serve the humble young man. This was very rude in front of all the people who were there. Who leaves their job like that and leaves without apologizing? This was June 15th around 4:00 p.m.

Wow, I don't know who's in charge or what happened but their customer service has gone down hill bad. If you have Sam's Club or can go to another Cosco I would. Never had I been disrespected like this.

I have a card for Sam's and Costco and I like them both but I have always preferred Costco. The store is always well stocked and has everything I needed. I always find Costco clean and in good order. The checkout process can often be a little slower than going to a regular grocery store, but it is worth the wait. I love that they offer more than just groceries. I always feel like I am having an experience in there. It is a fun place to shop and there is really nothing I don't like about Costco.

I have been waiting to 20 mins for Costco to cut me a check for $550 on my yearly credit card rebate because they only give cash back in February and March. I wished they would put that in fine print. Very bad customer service. Still waiting by the way as I'm preparing this post.

We love Costco and at the end of the night Pizza for dinner is always GREAT and its cheap too!!
