On the website, it says they take walk-ins and to call for availability. Don't waste your time they don't answer the phone's.

Do not buy tires here! I ordered tires clear back on Black Friday only to find out they did not have an appointment to install them till just shy of a month later. Despite that, I still waited patiently for my appointment. I get my appointment 15mins early and asked the service guy how long it would take and he told me it would take around a hour and a half. After not hearing thing for almost 2 hours, I go back to the service desk and ask them if it was done. He told me that they had just lifted it up to install the tires. Mind you my appointment was at 5:30, and it was now 7:15. It took them almost 2 hours to even start working on it! He said it would be another hour to put them on and my only option was waiting another hour or trying to schedule a different appointment earlier in the day (since they would likely be leased delayed during the day). Absolute worst service I have ever had and they had no desire to make it right after their mistake. Meanwhile, I haven’t had any transportation and was stuck here the whole time they claimed to be installing my tires. The slightly cheaper price is not worth it. Pay the extra $50 and go to a tire shop that treats it’s clients right.

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment only to be told that the certified tire changer techs were incapable of removing the lug nuts on my 7 yr old vehicle that gets regular tire rotations. Definition of incompetent for a tire shop. Huge fan of all things Costco and have never had a bad experience but this tire center is poorly managed and is honestly no cheaper than actual tire shops in the area. When asking questions their tire tech leader got extremely defensive and acted inappropriately. Store manager even apologized for her behavior.

Gunner in the tire center was extremely kind and helpful—going above and beyond! He deserves a promotion, raise, or at least employee of the month recognition!

I was a big Costco fan until I moved close to the Ogden, Utah location. From the gas pumps to the parking lot to the aisles to the checkouts it has become unnecessarily over-crowded. All they need to do to serve their customers properly is to extend the hours, ideally opening to 7:00 am. It's bad enough that I have stopped shopping there.

I love Costco. We are a Costco family. I have multiple family members who have worked at Costco for over 25 years. That being said- this Costco has everything you need. BUT the customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. The cashiers are by far the rudest Ive ever met. They gossip about others right in front of you, cuss, slam your stuff, and are disorganized and don't talk to you or smile. I find that a big part of your shopping experience is the way the staff treats you. A+ for products F - for the cashiers.

Lady working at some beauty stand today was acting like a toddler who should have her "allowed to be in public" license revoked. I was in line with my dad and aunt, when my dad noticed my aunt didn't have the cart and some kind gentlemen staff was pushing it for us, we took over and I said "how did we lose the cart? Why was that person pushing it for us?" And the lady at the beauty stand said "HE WAS HELPINGGGG" very dramatically it shocked me. We knew that already, I waved it off, and she proceeded to raise her voice up a couple octaves to say "BYEEE LADYyyy" and dramatically wave us out of the store. She wouldn't stop behaving that way until we were out of sight. I suggest therapy

Put new tires, wheels, tpms on my truck drove off was super shaky once I hit the freeway and the tpms lights went off within 15 min of leaving with an error code. Sure mistakes happen. So I call in and the guy make me feel like it my fault telling me I did something to the tires.??? I literally just left. I ask if I can come in real quick to have them check to see if they forgot to tighten the lug nuts. He’s says no. No time until tomorrow morning. I say okay. So I try to schedule an appointment and he says there’s only one a few day out. I asked what happen to the morning? He just brushes it off. I said I shouldn’t have to wait a week to fix a poor quality install. Sets up a time the following evening. I waited 2hrs for the install walked every isle and shopped. Here I sit day two. I’m at the 2hr mark again. 4hrs in two day. Still not done. Lady when I walked in said they couldn’t help me today. I said why? I have an appointment, then she said oh okay. When did it happen. After I just explained when it happened. Then she proceeds to grab warranty paperwork and says they will need to make a warranty claim. Dude you installed them yesterday. Store is about to close and I’m still waiting. Worst customer service. Not worth “saving” a few dollars, time is money and they just waste it. Go to some other tire place that actually cares and takes pride in their work.

The auto department staff is shitty here. I have had my car battery tested at 3 other costcos. I came here and asked if they could test it and the man at the front desk said "no I've worked here for 13 years we don't do that." I simply asked if he could maybe check with a manager or something and he refused and just said "I assure you that we don't test car batteries and no Costco does or ever has." I called another Costco in utah and they said they do test car batteries. I don't know if he was having a bad day but was very disappointed for him lying or just refusing to ask or make any effort. Dude was a d*ck.

Long line to buy tires. Bought our tires. Hadn't been called in 9 days. I was told it would be 4 days. Called them a few times. They answered the fifth time I called. Very frustrating! They said to me that another person was accidentally given our tires by mistake. Was told 'mistakes happen,' by Jacob. Because their tires were the exact as ours, we were told we could have the ones they ordered. They did not offer a suitable amends other than a verbal apology from Jeremy. I was driving on my spare tire for that whole time I was waiting for the phone call. They put my tires on. It took 1.5 hours. Longest wait time process for something like that I've ever experienced. They need to adjust their process and have 1 - a waiting area, 2 - someone to answer the phones (oh and supposedly their phones aren't working this month anyways, he said) 3 - a speed checkout line for people coming to pick up. I am very disappointed in this place. I don't recommend using their services.

They do just as good a job as any other tire shop for the services they provide. We haven't had issues at all with the few times we've been here.

While loading my groceries today, the lid of the potpie I had bought popped off as I was pulling it out of the cart. The pie ricocheted off my car & landed upside down, back into the cart. My car and I were splattered, but everything I bought was covered. As I picked up the pie tin pieces, a sweet lady offered to watch my cart & car while I ran in to get a replacement. (I didn't know that was a thing!?)
Not only did I get a replacement, no questions asked - I did bring in the pieces as proof - THEY ran and grabbed it for me and then as I walked out, that gal was still next to my car, but with 2 workers who had brought a second cart over. They had wiped everything down, purchases & car. They assured me that it actually happens a lot and it was NOT a problem... And then went above and beyond by loading my car!! ??
So THANK YOU Ogden Costco employees for making an overwhelming situation, so much better!! Words cannot express my gratitude, for each and every employee involved & for that sweet woman for letting me know I could get a replacement, who then, also offered herself to watch my things while I ran back in! ? Your kindness will not be forgotten and will be paid forward!
