The guy who way there yesterday was amazing. He didn't have my somethings that was part of the package deal that I got with my phone (liquid screen protector phone case xcetera) so he tracked down who did and solved the run around for me as well. Sorry I don't remember ur name but Thank you so much for the EXCELLENT SERVICE.

The service was horrible. Im still having trouble with my New phone, New...yeah right!! Their are some thing's that, my phone or someone on the other end. Is violating my privacy. How could my phone partner with another. If it's New... I guess theirs nothing else, better to do. If they wanted to know something, all they had to do is ASK..
