Can not just call pharmacist without leaving a voicemail. I'll just leave my message here and find a pharmacy that wants the business.

I've used CVS pharmacies ever since I was a child. I don't really plan on changing simply because I like keeping a good thing going. However, I would like to share some of my concerns. I'm sad that this location is no longer 24 hours. I can understand the reasons. They cannot find the staff to cover the nightshift, so they took it away. I am also sad I can no longer call ahead to let the pharmacist know that I am on my way to pick up my medication when I am requesting a refill in the same breath. It used to be ready when I got there doing it this way, but now I instead have to wait. This is even if I request the refill through the app or their phone automated system. I can't talk to a real person. I can only leave voicemails they won't check until long after I arrive. Another thing is that some medications I have to have refilled at other locations. Namely, for me, my maintenance inhaler for my asthma. I've had problems with CVS being able to fill it due to their supplier putting it on backorder. I am remaining a loyal customer, but it is disappointing that these things have occured.

I been on methadone for 25 year I used to be on 160 milligrams a day, now I only on 50 milligrams a day written by my Doctor and I take Xanax 2 a day I used be on 5 a day. Your pharmacist made feel like drug addict. When I been told by 6 different pain doctors I will be on these the rest of my life. I am Physical Therapist, Athletic Trainer work full time and contribute to society. He tole me he would never fill it, and told me I will overdose. I told my Doctor and he said you would have died along time when you were on much higher doses you are completely safe. He was so rude called me a junkie. I work at iHC hospital I told all physicians not use CVS, my pain Doctor will never use CVS because he has had other patients being judged. You guys are totally out of line. This location will be out of business in 2 years. Because the word is out how you treat patients. We saw a patient in ER gave him 6 Ativan 1mg and they wouldn’t fill it, the MD called and they said they were not comfortable. His Dopal was had no controlled substance on it, why??? My girlfriend and her Daughter used to get all ther scripts she is Diabetic so you make money off them not anymore. I wish they had -stars because 2.5 is way to high for the service you provide. I tell all patients don’t use CVS they are horrible service and will treat like junkie if you get any opiates. This place is really bad.. I see a patient who has cancer and is on a lot of medication and they treat him bad. I told him to go to Mears Pharmacy in Farmington. And I made sure the cancer center new what happened and gave them cards to other pharmacy’s. It’s so sad when you do everything the right and to get told I going to kill myself and need to get off, they need to stop playing Doctors and if they have a issue they should contact the Doctor. I will never come back. And keep letting healthcare care providers what you guys are doing to shut you down.

Avoid this place at all costs!! The customer service here is complete garbage!! I came in to make a money gram payment and the cashier was a completely unhelpful. All she said was i had to use some kiosk before she could even help me? Then when i encountered an error she just told me I have to call money gram to get help? Like isn't this your job that they pay you to do when someone needs help? Go somewhere else if you want actual customer service cause this place and the people who work here are an absolute disgrace and poor excuse for customer service!!!

I'm pretty sure an employee just advised me to commit fraud when checking out. I walked away.

So worthless. I can never get a live person on the phone and when I try their system hangs up on me. I brought this up to the store manager and was told if I come back I'd be taken away in handcuffs. Never dealing with them again

I recently switched to my own insurance under the same company that my parents had been under and I went to pick up a prescription and I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it and that I needed to go somewhere else and I have never been treated in a worse way that I have been treated at that pharmacy it was the worst experience to pick up a prescription medication of my life I will never go back here again

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! If you’re trying to fill a controlled substance after 9PM they will not fill controlled substances if you go there to fill it past midnight even though that’s kind of the purpose of a 24 hour pharmacy. Thanks to them I missed a flight that I had at 2:45AM that was the only reason I was there at midnight trying to fill it. If you just politely ask “could you please just fill the prescription we have a flight to catch” they threaten to call the police on you. My prescription was a paper prescription since that’s the way my doctor does it and the lady tried to refuse to give it back to me trying to force me to wait until 9AM to fill it even though she knew I had a flight. If you’re going to a 24 Hour CVS I’d recommend the one in west valley it’ll be worth the extra time to drive there. I would’ve went to West Valley but I get 180 of my medication so it’s hard to find places that have enough. We drove all the way from American Fork over a hour. I also had to call them 7 times before they didn’t just send me straight to voicemail. When I called to ask “Do you guys have 180 of my medication” I was told “yes we do” not mentioning their “policy” that they won’t fill a controlled substance after dark. Absolutely ridiculous how I was treated l. DO BETTER!!

Lost a $120+tax sale over not being willing to do a Sherpa photo blanket in store. I decided on a different retailer to make this purchase based on this.

I waited in line at the drive up for 20 min. Not one car moved. Your pharmacy customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. If it wasn’t the fact that we are held hostage because of insurance, Aetna who demands we go to CVS I would never do any business with you.

I want to state that my review for each staff member is easily 5 stars, as every person I talk and work with is friendly and efficient.
My review gets dropped down a bit because the pharmacy tends to seem critically understaffed and extremely busy at just about any time of day. You can generally expect at least a 15 minute wait to get to the front of the line and talk with an employee.
They have been getting better, and seem to be hiring more folks, but it remains to be seen if they'll get better from here.

Tried to schedule a vaccine, and after several tries to get a verification code, then CVS could not find a pharmacy close to me, although it is within 2 miles of my house. If you go into the pharmacy, the pharmacist cannot schedule an appointment and if you call, they really don’t want to schedule an appointment because they want you to use the app.
