I’ve already contacted someone more high up with dollar tree I’m not happy with the service I have been given recently. I’ve been in this store so many times but now since management is new I’ve been getting treated poorly for the way my hair looks. He says that I’m changing my hair style to hide who I am because I’ve stolen in the past? I really don’t understand how this is acceptable behavior. So I decided to contact someone to see what I can do about having my peaceful friendly neighborhood dollar tree back.

I loved coming here I've lived near by now for many years and have shopped here just fine. Once they changed management over it's been a real hassle. I continually get accused of stealing and that's really not okay if this is happening to anyone else I would also contact hr

Late opening the store, they should be open at 8 am but didn't open at that time. Boxes up and down most of the aisles, couldn't find a lot of things I needed, won't be shopping at this store anymore, it use to be a nice store, now it's just messy and hazardous

Our cashier was not nice at all. She was cutting a box and there was no line at all and she didn’t say anything to us except give me a minute it took her well over 5 minutes to even help us. Her name was Nacole.

I needed one last minute item tonight and stopped by this location at 9:55 (closes at 10:00). They had already locked the door. A worker came over and pointed at the “hours of operation” sign. I told her (through the door) that it wasn’t 10:00 yet. She rolled her eyes and threw her hands up to shoo me away, turned around and walked away. Closing a store early is annoying but I was more annoyed at the worker’s attitude and how she handled it. Not professional whatsoever.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Was in your store on Tuesday evening and I was shocked at what I heard happening. I was just shopping for my kids and I saw the cutest girl also shopping. When I heard the man (manager) yelling I was shocked and I heard the girl saying something about a return & he was just being extremely horrible. I have never in my life watch a manager say what he did and act that way. I heard him say something about getting out of his face and then the young girl employee came over and started also yelling at her. I heard her say “you don’t have to shop here and we do not want you here”. I just checked out while they continued to say horrible things about her and she was such a lovely looking women. She was in tears and I know she was recording it on her phone. I will no longer come here when either of those 2 are working. No one deserves that over a return NOONE! I saw her in her car just sobbing. I wish I would have walked to her car and hugged her. I hope that you fire these two horrible employees. I will be letting people I know what your store allowed and I hope that she gets an apology and more.
