I needed a new vacuum and decided a vacuum repair shop that has been in business for 75 years would be the best place to go. I bought the Riccar and love it. My only suggestion is that the demonstrator needs to let the customer try it out in the store. He did all the demonstrating in the store, so I didn't actually get to see what it was like until I got home. Thank goodness I love it.

Don's was so helpful! Quick service. Only charged me for one part and took the time to clean out my vacuum and repair it. Also, really appreciated the little kid section with toys so my kids stayed busy and didn't destroy the store will come back!

Kudos to Brian. I was able to get a new belt for my 17 year old Rainbow vacuum that just recently went out (first and only time). He ordered a new one and said it would be in a week. He called me exactly a week and said it arrived. The new belt works great and my vacuum is back to sucking again. Yahoo! He provided me great customer service. I also like supporting small business. Would recommend and definitely go back if needed in the future.

I could not figure out how to put my vacuum together after I took it apart.Don was up for the challenge to get it put back together.And he was able to detect that it was in fact clogged! He cleaned it out and sent me on my way.Thank you for helping me Don!

If I could give Brian, of Don's Vacuum Villa,10 stars I would. He diagnosed and solved my Dyson's issue to me in about 90 seconds. It was a hidden clog!!!! He then walked me through extracting that huge, old nasty clog from where it was HIDING!!! It was crazy; oh man, oh man! And what an HONEST, repairman! AMAZING! Thank you, so much, Brian!!!

I took my Shark vacuum in to Don's to see if I could get it cleaned because it wasn't picking up dirt as well as it had in the past. The representative treated me as if I was a bother just by walking in. He never once even looked at my vacuum but proceed to tell me it was junk and that I should of never purchased a shark. He said it would cost me $60 just to look at it (a $30 deposit) and the cost of parts which he made clear would be a bother to order if need be. Needless to say I went home and took it apart, cleaned it and it works like new. So Im grateful I saved my money but will never return due to the customer service.

I needed two parts on my vacuum that the company no longer made. However the service guy went through his back office of supplies and found two parts that would fit what I needed for a very small price. In today's world that is way above and beyond service or they have a client for life for me
