usually once a month my family and i get Einsteins for breakfast, we all love bagels and it’s usually a quick easy breakfast/lunch. over the last couple of months the quality of the food has dropped significantly. which is rather disheartening considering this place isn’t super cheap. i typically get lunch bagels, and almost every single time something is missing from my bagel. today it was missing the bacon, last time it was missing the lettuce and cucumbers. I also opt in for the chips to come with, and every single time without fail they forget the chips and i have to remind them. it is genuinely so unbelievably frustrating. or someone will ask for their bagel to be toasted and it won’t be, or the other way around. it’s really frustrating to have to go through every single order every single time to make sure they did their job correctly. today was my final straw and i will not be returning to this location. i’ve never had this many issues with other locations, but this one is poorly managed.

Best bagels, only open until 2 pm loses them a star. They have removed most of the tables at the Layton store or we would stay and eat there

Great chain, Their rewards are super nice to have and they don’t usually disappoint. Out of the many times I have been there I have only had too complaints and it just had to do with how the bagels were cut and the service but that is more of a location specific issue and they were always nice when I had reported it and wanted to help in any way they could!

The Customer Service here is awful, most of the employees are rude & have no care for the customers. There was a woman training there today & she was doing great, but a man who has worked there for quite some time ( I have seen him there overtime) kept jumping on her & was demeaning towards her in front of us & other customers. He then would walk around & yell at other employee's & would talk about the customers.The man who we paid with was very rude, he asked if we had a phone number which I then responded I do & began entering it. He then asked if we had a number again & I responded yes I am entering it & he said "well you have to give it to me not enter it" but with much sass.This is just my experience today, & this is the general experience every time I step foot into this location. Customer Service training needs to be provided.

Never been there. I saw the advertisement go through my news feed and came to the reviews. WOW! It's seems management doesn't care how costumers are treated or the business is run. I don't even need to try it.

Charging 8 dollars for a fast food bagel sandwich before tax is insane. Look, I'm not above fast food; it has its place and I enjoy it from time to time. But to pay 8 dollars for a basic eggs and bacon sandwich is ludicrous. On top of that, it wasn't even that great - the bagel was barely toasted, the cheese wasn't melted, and they were skimpy on the spread.

Went to get bagels for my office this morning and ended up leaving empty handed. Employee Matthew, basically yelled at me for ordering two bakers dozen and said they didn’t have time to accommodate my order. Almost seemed as if he was rudely begging me to not order from them. Girl ringing me up was kind and seemed very uncomfortable with staff member Matthew yelling at me. He insisted they didn’t have enough bagels even though there was MORE THEN enough in the case. Not only did I leave empty handed but I will probably never return my business to this store in particular. I was willing to wait but the way Matthew explained it, he would even consider packaging my order until all the customer behind me had been taken care of and then I would still have to wait another 15 minutes “if he had time”. Didn’t realize that this is how Einstein’s does business but I’m very disappointed! Seriously reconsider going here if you would like good service. Apparently yelling at customers is the appropriate thing to do
