TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I work around the corner and WAS a frequent flyer. I discovered they has a drink that I loved and it was close. I have been going multiple times s day the last few weeks for refills. Today the manager at ringing out told me refills were not offered VERY RUDELY) Even the employee behind her had a fearful reaction to her abrupt nature. I told her I had been getting refills for at least 2 weeks. She did not even respond, not 1 word. No apologies for miscommunication, literally nothing. I wasn't even given an option to pay full price. I would have gotten a fresh new cup if I had to pay for it. I was really only left with the option to leave with out a drink.
I know losing one customer is not a big deal, but how much business are you losing when you're treated that way by a manager consistently.

Their receipt paper, at the pumps, is always empty. This is one of the major reasons a gas station will loose my business.I gave them more than one chance, not going to try them again.
