The FedEx Ship Center in Ogden, UT offers packing supplies, boxes, and FedEx Express and Ground shipping services, including hold for pickup. It is a great new, updated, and clean location that is easy to get in and out of. The staff is friendly, helpful, fast, and provides great customer service. However, be aware that the address is incorrect on some maps; the real address is 985 W Kershaw Ave. Customers should manually enter this address. Also, for pickups of missed shipments, drivers return at 5:30 PM and the location is open until 6 PM, creating a limited 30-minute window.
I was able to enter the facility and get immediate help. The customer representative was very pleasant to work with and I was in and out within minutes.
