My printer broke and I needed to print some PDF Files. Staff wasn't very knowledgeable about printing. Printed in black and white with 3 copies when I asked for color and 2 copies. One file printed the form without the filled in data. I thought I may have put the wrong file on the thumb drive by accident. When I got home found that I did put the correct file but the staff didn't turn on the correct display options before printing the file that allows printing of the data. Wound up taking the extra time to fill out the now blank forms by hand.

I am not satisfied with the service I received at FedEx. The customer service was poor; the woman who assisted me seemed annoyed and made no effort to understand me. Additionally, my package took more than two weeks to arrive, which was a huge disappointment as I expected a more efficient and professional service. This was definitely not what I expected from a reputable company like FedEx.

Wylene @ the Ogden branch was outstanding, extremely patient, incredibly professional and her willingness to help during closing hours on 10/7/24 just a great experience for me. I got everything done with the promise to return if I needed anything else. Excellent customer service, thanks. Augusta.

David was excellent in assisting me to print a project on a short deadline. He printed Cards and Flyers and they were done the same day. Perhaps faster than I expected

Tried to come in for a held package, and was “helped” by Merva. She was very dismissive and rude and wouldn’t even take my tracking number to locate or get an update on the package and kept interrupting me. Had no customer service skills whatsoever but did “ever so kindly” redirect me to their customer service line.

I sent in my images on Friday. I called and confirmed twice on Saturday and was told they would be done. I came Saturday at closing and they told me they had technical difficulties and I’d have to wait until Monday. They were rude and extremely incapable.

Fed ex is a scam they don't even deliver packages half the time on purpose and they make you come pick it up. They couldn't lift a box if they wanted to which they don't.

I've been coming here for a 2 years conduction transitions, Marva, had zero to negative customer service skills, she helped three other people that enteredStore after me due to impatience for a 1.5 min email wait time ,even though I had told her I had time frame. The previous employee's had been above and beyond customer service skills, but her attitude left bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning for future business here due to her Shakespeare customer service mask. Thanks!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! FedEx doesn't care about it's customers at all. Their automated phone system will not give me the information I need and will not let me speak with a person. When I try, it tells me a person cannot give me more information and then ends the call. If that is what they think good customer service is, I will go out of my way to avoid purchasing anything that will be shipped through them in the future. If you do have a package coming to you via FedEx that requires a signature, prepare to wait a lot longer than expected to receive it and spend hours of your time trying to get them to let you pick it up as they continue attempting to deliver your package to your home address when you are not there.
