Fed ex is a scam they don't even deliver packages half the time on purpose and they make you come pick it up. They couldn't lift a box if they wanted to which they don't.

I've been coming here for a 2 years conduction transitions, Marva, had zero to negative customer service skills, she helped three other people that enteredStore after me due to impatience for a 1.5 min email wait time ,even though I had told her I had time frame. The previous employee's had been above and beyond customer service skills, but her attitude left bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning for future business here due to her Shakespeare customer service mask. Thanks!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! FedEx doesn't care about it's customers at all. Their automated phone system will not give me the information I need and will not let me speak with a person. When I try, it tells me a person cannot give me more information and then ends the call. If that is what they think good customer service is, I will go out of my way to avoid purchasing anything that will be shipped through them in the future. If you do have a package coming to you via FedEx that requires a signature, prepare to wait a lot longer than expected to receive it and spend hours of your time trying to get them to let you pick it up as they continue attempting to deliver your package to your home address when you are not there.

If I could give 0 stars or even negative stars I would. I cannot believe how incredibly rude and unprofessional the employee are here. First there wasn’t any parking (only 5 spots up front and all were filled). Jumped out to drop of a box that was COMPLETELY ready for shipping and thought I could just drop it on the counter, like I’ve done multiple times before, I didn’t need a receipt. There were multiple people waiting for help, so I thought I’d make it easy for us all. The lady at the desk, her name was DUSTY, decided it was appropriate to start yelling at me for leaving my box. Now, I totally understand if I had maybe punched someone in the face but I had done this before and there was no problem. Also they have kiosks around where I’ve just dropped a box and didn’t talk to anyone. I am all about being corrected and I even apologized to the other customers. The way this lady reacted and relayed her message was unacceptable and totally inappropriate. There were so many other ways to deliver her message. Please do us all a favor and don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to or don’t know how to talk to people professionally. If you hate your job, then go mow lawns. Dusty if you read this and I hope you do, please go find another job. I’ll definitely be contacting FedEx. Everyone that was in line and including another employee apologized to ME. We all knew how horrible this experience was. Never using this location again and I will tell all my fellow shippers that it would be better to walk their box to the person than deal with these employees.

They will refuse to help you and treat you horribly passive aggressive unless you are there more than 30 mins prior to closing. Even 29 minutes is apparently too close to closing time

Staff refused to assist with a label because it was too close to closing. (Store was open) Was told to come back tomorrow at 5:15 am.
