Our apartment uses them they never respond to problems. Our stove and oven went out, took a week for them to even respond to the problem then they made me call the maintenance guy. He told them that I needed a new unit. They didn't do anything so I finally got ahold of the landlord and that's when this whole thing was solved. I didn't have a stove for 2 1/2 weeks

worst management team ever. you’re better off looking into your nearest prisons & homeless shelters than renting with them! Incredibly unprofessional, tried charging hundreds of dollars due to them being unable to read the terms of their own lease. only received a third of my deposit back when I had to clean the carpets for them. look anywhere else.

This review regards their property in Washington terrace, “Terrace Green apartments”
They need to be shut down & out of business for what they put tenants through. They have brand new renovated properties that go for way more, but them knowing what the market is like, they target to the people looking for places under $1,000 & trap them into living in these filthy complexes such as this one, with no warning unless you look at reviews beforehand.
Well, let me start out by saying, I would give this complex 0 stars if possible.
Definitely live here if you love having a million tiny cockroach roommates who don’t pay rent, if you don’t mind getting a bunch of random deductions from your deposit because they have to make money somehow, no real effective resolutions towards the roach issue, or the fact that they do the bare minimum of upkeep with the cleanliness of the complex, and the list could go on forever. Yes, this place is super cheap & affordable, especially if you want to live on your own, but obviously comes at a price, and we didn’t find this out until moving in. The air quality alone in these apartments are horrible, the water literally damages your hair, and no matter how much you clean, it will NEVER feel clean. If you have any kind of pets, they will definitely be affected by the terrible air & water quality as well. My cats and myself had the worst immune and respiratory system issues living here.
Living here had both my roommate and I, on edge not only because of the roaches, but also because there cops constantly over there for some issue, which is scary considering your safety, especially if you have kids playing around outside and whatnot. They were lucky my roommate & I never filed anything with the city or with lawyers because it’s that bad! The communication alone with the management is a complete joke. They tried charging us $100 at the end of our lease because of their own mistake of not reading their own contracts, so definitely read it over and come to them with the facts, not that you should live here to begin with.
I understand times are desperate, but trust me, you’re not that desperate to live here!
Oh & pretty positive mold is growing all over!:)

Had a truly awful experience with this company. They are disorganized, terrible communicators and completely uninterested in the wellbeing of their tenants. Never responded to requests for repairs, asked for the same information multiple times, had to be called and emailed constantly for the most basic info. Avoid at all cost.

This company is predatory and will do everything they can to take you for every dime. They never fix broken items and never respond to concerns. The contract requires renters to replace the furnace filter EVERY MONTH. If you don’t they will charge you $100 per month you don’t change the filter. RENTER BEWARE.

I see they took my review down from 2019. Let me warn anyone renting. These are the worst property managers in Utah. I found a dump on Adam’s that had stretched out carpet and hadn’t been painted or updated since 1970. They informed me they were going to do nothing. They paid for paint and I painted the entire 2 bedroom duplex. They installed carpet but charged me a months rent. I left the place in much better shape than it was. No deposit given back. I’ve seen over the years a few friends getting ripped off by these slum lords! DO not rent from them. Lance is useless and a thief! I’ll never forget how awful they were!

My husband and I have been renting from this property management for over a year and it has been one of the best experiences we have had! Every individual we have come in contact with from this company is super friendly, especially Carissa! Every time we put in a work order, she always reaches out to us within 24 hours and is just super awesome!

We have been working with Froerer property management for many years !!! They are an excellent property management company to work with. Especially Carissa She is our go to person when we need something. She is on it and gets it to us.We couldn’t ask for a better person to work with !!!

We own a family business in Ogden, UT and we have done business with Froerer weekly for a few years now. Carissa, is one of the best communicators in this line of work. We work with many other management companies but, Froerer is up there with the best. We have a good partnership with them and look forward to continuing business with them well into the future.
