I had an issue with item delivered. Received amazing customer service all around. From person at phone center, to store manager and costumer service at location. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of box stores, but with home renovations, you kind of gotta.
I will shop this location again, purely for their great staff.

your sales cashier jaselyne asked me if i wanted a Job name on my purchase which i did bc its a business. she typed a bunch of crap so i assumed she actually wrote the job name till i try to figure out which job the shfjsnsbsbx&$ was for. took a whole hour to figure out which of the jobs out of the 10 jobs this purchase was for sorely frustrated. dont ask me for a job name if you're not planning to put a job name

Review to get attention for the store, some things need fixing.
Female employee had a POOR attitude, and dismissed my issue with an isle numbering problem as if I was stupid (pictures added). AND didn't look at my phone to point out numbering issues with the map as well.
On the flip side, Tess at the self checkout was incredibly pleasant and took my concerns to heart, took notes to pass on (I hope she does)
Most times I have good experienced at HD. I realize everyone has a bad day. But if someone is trying to joke with you, maybe dial back the pissy attitude. I usually dismiss these things, but she was VERY condescending and dismissive of my concerns.
