Couldn't have an experience. 5 pm is too late to get tires when I finish working. They told me its too late at. 5 pm when they close at 6 pm. Take 3 hours off work too get them on Saturday & they tell me its too late at 2 30 pm.
I cannot understand why the review system forces me to leave one star. I would not have left the single star if it was not required to leave the review.
I do not want anyone to think this is a negative review because its is not. I never had the opportunity to do business with this shop.
I am only saying that if you can't make it in there at least an hour before they close for the evening , they might tell you it is too late. Also on weekends as they say they close the shop at 3 pm, you may want to get there by 1 30 pm. I was told at 2 27 pm that they were all done working for the day.
I understand that it was only 2 tires & only $125 & maybe it is not worth it to them to sell them .
I will find somewhere else to get tires for the car.

Good at responding. Tire was advertised as 7/32nds of tread. Measurement was taken incorrectly and was actually 3/32nds, which is a major difference. I drove over an hour to get there. Major waste of time.

Take your money elsewhere. I purchased some new tires online and had this shop install them. After taking twice the amount of time that they said it would take (which is fine, just don’t over promise), they told me they had broken the key in the ignition (because they did not know how to operate the key mechanism) and proceeded to offer nothing in recompense. I had to fix this on my own dime. They then attempted to charge me 80% more than they quoted me for the install (for valve stems apparently) and then changed the price back to what they quoted me after I said something. They also failed to install the new oe lug nuts I provided and left the old rusty ones on. I will never let these guys touch one of my vehicles again.
