Canceled our appointment. Will definitely use them in the future if we have more problems with lap top.

I had an issue with my phone I scheduled an appt. They were running just a little behind but I planned ahead just in case when I did sit down with my tech he was amazing and he was very quick and talked me through the steps. Recommended buy just make sure you plan for some time which is understandable.
