Those girls are completely incompetent to cut men’s hair. My husband’s hair completely got botched and cut way more than he wanted. Did you people just get hired without going to school for hair? It’s absolutely ridiculous how much you charge to do a terrible job on a simply haircut. We definitely will never go back. You guys are a joke.

We made an appointment then we went there and she told me the lady that was supposed to do my hair wasn’t coming in today then she said I can do it though so I said okay then sat me down in the chair and was about to get ready to cut my hair and these other people came in and she said oh I can’t do your hair right now I have to do these other peoples hair right now and she said because if I do their hair in your hair that’s gonna take about two hours and she was not masking no sense and she said so come back in 20 minutes and she had a really ignorant attitude and seem like she was just making up excuse and made me get out of the chair so she could do the other person hair and she said to one of her coworkers it sounded like she said she looks like she is eight so then I just left.

The person who cut my daughter’s hair spent two minutes (three minutes, at most) cutting her hair. She was rude… and, worse, the haircut is completely uneven and she missed parts of the hair.

The Lady At The Store was very rude to my Little son Six Year old . my son even go allergy on his neck and chicks because of her equipment. I don’t know he is complaining . i’m not coming back because of her. People, This Location, Is To be More, Professional, More Nice To Kids

My husband got a cut but had to wait 10 minutes even though there were three stylists. One customer in the chair and he was next. The 2 stylists in the back came up front and the one other one cutting said no it's ok, I got it, making my husband wait!! And when he checked on the app it said 0 minute wait. Then the stylist cut him with the clippers because she was so busy talking instead of paying attention to what she should have been doing. We won't be coming to this location anymore. I'm glad I chose not to get my son's hair cut here. Ogden Commons location.

Can't remember her name but she did a perfect job on my hair. Very pleased!
I left my first review to show people how I first felt about this place. I changed because ever since then they have been nothing but rude to me. I am a blue collar business owner so I know when a lady keeps telling me it's going to be an hour wait they want me to leave. I don't like leaving bad reviews. Im guessing the lady with the new tan leaves the rest of the workers with bad attitudes too. Maybe she needs to quit being so arrogant and start trying to boost morale instead of depleting it.

My boyfriend went in for a haircut today and both today and the last time he went, the girl screwed up his hair and he's had me fix it. How that girl still has a job is insane. I went with him the last time and he got the same girl today, neither of us know her name but she's a bigger girl with brightly colored hair. The sides being unevenly blended into the top makes me mad and I have no idea how she got her cosmetology license with that sloppy work.

Gotta be careful and always check your receipt! I got a haircut and I was supposed to get it for free because I had a $15 dollar coupon and when I gave the lady a tip she charged me for the full amount and I didn't notice it until I got home. Some shady people work there!

The manager lady there is just bad in so many ways. She was sooo condescending to me about what I asked for and then proceeded to messenger hair up. I had to go to a different barber to get it fixed, so I ended up with shorter hair than I liked. I decided to give it another shot 3 weeks later, and the girl I got this time was super sweet and just sooooo professional. I wish I had got her name. I would raise my eating if not for the manager.
TLDR: absolutely stay away from the manager she should not be cutting hair or working with people.

My boyfriend went in for a haircut today and came out not feeling well about it at all. Not only was the cut sloppy, the service he received was even sloppier. The woman didn’t tell us her name, she didn’t clean the hair off of him and her equipment still had hair from the last time. Absolutely disgusting. She had poor appearance and didn’t talk to him at all about the haircut while doing it. Very poor service which sucks because usually we get Emily (I think) and she is absolutely amazing. Very upsetting this woman needs work :(

The stylist was friendly and efficient! I forgot to mention Eyebrows and sideburns and she happily made the adjustments I requested!
