Another frustrating experience and wasted trip. Regularly have no stock. Lack of staff to get hold of and ask and when you do not bery helpful. i had to queue to find out they were out. Despite the website saying they had stock. I prefer to shop local rather than online but this place makes it increasingly difficult.

It has happend 3 times. The app and website say they have something in stock and I drive 40 minutes one way to get it and they never have it in stock.

I don't buy tools anywhere else. Inside track club membership is totally worth it, especially if you're looking for higher priced items, it'll pay for itself in one trip, and then some. I've had some duds, can usually get them replaced, the ones that don't have a warranty are so cheap you can buy 3 before you spend the same amount as a different brand.
