Be warned!!! This is the best yoga experience/environment that I’ve ever taken part in. If you ever go somewhere else it will always fall short in comparison.

Have been to this place a few times at this location and a few at their Layton location (now closed). I’ve loved every single time and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try hot yoga!

Higher Ground is the best yoga studio I've been to in Utah, teachers and staff are beyond amazing. 10/10
