Extremely rude employee! Walked in to get some hot food for my pregnant wife, saw there wasn't anything and asked the guy at the counter if they were making any. He nicely told me the fryer is downstairs d should be fixed soon. Some cranky old lady walked by and said "someone should learn how to read" I wanted to fire back but don't wanna stoop to her level. There was a sign but it was folded over so you couldn't see what it said! I'll be going to Maverick from now on.

Love the ice cream and great price BUT the lady at the drive thru window is super rude. Clearly hates her job and should not be interacting with customers. We had a particularly unpleasant encounter with her tonight.

Great ice cream! Sometimes slow but normally great service. The workers are always kind and sometimes go a little extra for my kids!

This place is convenient as far as location, but their service is extremely slow , employees don’t make customers a priority. They would rather visit and share their personal life with one another, than take care of the customers.

Honestly inside of the building might seem a little sketchy...but they have super cheap soft serve and shakes, which is basically the only reason I ever stop here. To avoid going inside they have a convenient drive through which I do appreciate.

Only one window squeegee that was falling apart and the water smelled like pond water. How easy is it to put some window squeegees and replace the water every once in awhile? I would pick somewhere else to go.
