I used to frequent this store at least weekly but won't be coming back after a particularly negative experience with returns. Please pay and train your employees to not be dismissive jerks, Home Depot.

My wife and I showed up looking for a couple of exterior chairs which we saw lined up outside, as the one I was interested was in stock. There was another chair I was curious about had no price, and I saw a female worker going inside from taking items to a customer car. I asked her if she could get me the price on these, and she said she will be back out. She never came back, so I grabbed another cart of two different chairs. So we went in and the chairs fell out of the cart, so I went to the customer service counter and there was the woman who never returned. I asked her to tell me if these were in stock at the
Riverdale store, she said what is the sky, the app was not being cooperative and I showed her the picture. She could of walked her ass over and got it, but not good enough. I told her to continue feeding her face, and told the wife we are out of here, and went to Riverdale and bought the chairs. This was about 11:30 dark haird woman at the customer service desk. Never to return.

Store is always great, staff is very helpful. If they don't know an answer to a question they don't make it up they go get someone who does know.

I walked out of 4 other places before coming to your store. No one would help me. I was in need of something a little specific. That's when Tim in appliance showed up! The dude was a rockstar! Asked me if I needed help, and we were off to the races! He helped me look up multiple products and didn't stop till we found exactly what I was looking for! The world needs more Tim's! Thank you again!
