Review to get attention for the store, some things need fixing.
Female employee had a POOR attitude, and dismissed my issue with an isle numbering problem as if I was stupid (pictures added). AND didn't look at my phone to point out numbering issues with the map as well.
On the flip side, Tess at the self checkout was incredibly pleasant and took my concerns to heart, took notes to pass on (I hope she does)
Most times I have good experienced at HD. I realize everyone has a bad day. But if someone is trying to joke with you, maybe dial back the pissy attitude. I usually dismiss these things, but she was VERY condescending and dismissive of my concerns.

I had a very complicated order of 14 gallons of paint today, all different colors, and not all the bases we had planned on were available. The paint department did an outstanding job assisting me with this order and had everything done in about half an hour once the order was submitted, even with the unexpected changes. During checkout, the associate overseeing the self checkouts, Callie, was SO helpful. She went above and beyond in helping me process the order. When I had a question she did not have the information to answer, she made a point to track it down for me and saved me a lot of money. She was kind and friendly throughout the process, an excellent example of customer service.

I had issue with item delivered. Received amazing costumer service all around. From phone. To in store manager. To in store costumer service. They were all friendly. Knowledgeable. Very helpful. I'm not really hug fan of box stores. But with home renovations, you kind of gotta.
I would come here for service, every time.

I walked out of 4 other places before coming to your store. No one would help me. I was in need of something a little specific. That's when Tim in appliance showed up! The dude was a rockstar! Asked me if I needed help, and we were off to the races! He helped me look up multiple products and didn't stop till we found exactly what I was looking for! The world needs more Tim's! Thank you again!

They didn't have what I needed, even though their website said they did, they weren't helpful at all, some salesman from Milwaukee tools was no help at all, infant he was on the edge of being rude. So I went to Amazon.
