Amazing customer service today! I wish I would have caught his name he had long black hair and was very friendly he even offered to look up the item and had suggestions on where to check next time. Great experience thank you

This store is amazing. So clean and well organized. AMAZING selections of t shirts, goth clothing, jewelry, and kick knacks. Lydia was very cool and friendly. Lydia is doing an amazing job imo and deserves all the promotions!

Let me just start off by saying Raeni is the BEST! We went in there desperately looking for a last minute birthday gift for our little brother. Although we didn’t found what we were originally looking for, Raeni got us something even better. She took the time to throughly look up online the item we wanted, she checked more than once. We didn’t felt rushed at all, even though they were about to close. She was so kind and cracked a few jokes with us. Who doesn’t love great customer service? Well, Raeni is the definition of what outstanding customer service is! She showed us alternative items that were in the store that we ultimately ended up loving way more than what we were looking for. Thanks again, Raeni! You are part of why our little brother will enjoy his birthday! You’re an amazing person. We need more people like you in the customer service field!
