I came here at Midnight because I couldn't drive all night and was greeted with friendly people. Place was very clean and was happy with our room. i only stayed for 4 hours for a quick nap but it did its job and in the area they had the best parking lot to pull into. Easy check in and easy check out. I would stay here again.

Charlotte at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. I know she was just doing her job but she does it in such a way that you feel like you're friends now lol. She gave me recommendations of where to visit and what to do. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here and how close it was to plenty of restaurants, easy walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink. The room was clean but you could tell the corners of the shower weren't cleaned properly, I imagine it would be hard for housekeeping to do a deep clean after each guest. Even so, I'll definitely be visiting again if the opportunity presents itself, it's a really nice hotel.

I had a few rooms booked at this hotel and then had some unforeseen circumstances pop up last minute. I spoke to Charlotte on the phone and she was able to help me tremendously. She was super polite and friendly about the whole situation as well. Helpful folks here!

This place looks nice when you walk in so we were hopeful for a nice experience. However, there wasn’t enough storage, the faucet in the bathroom is a joystick type of thing which makes it hard to get the temp and stream size of the water you’re looking for. There is a gap between the door and the door frame so a lot of light got into the room at night. It sounded a few times that someone was trying to get into our room but we think it was just because of the gap. We were placed on the first floor which isn’t my ideal location in a hotel because of safety and noise reasons but it was ok. The parking was tricky our first night which was a Friday but otherwise ok the rest of our stay. We only interacted with the front desk once and they were friendly.

Went here for a job fair and was highly impressed with the customer service with the staff. Me and my wife might have a date night here in the near future.

I was there in a conference room for continuing education. The equipment for the presenter needs updating. The room was very cold in the afternoon.

Reservation means nothing over there. They gave away my suite and the only thing they had left was a small room next to the elevators. Room was dirty. Will not go back.

I highly recommend this hotel. Great service, spacious rooms and great location.Special thanks to Alexx for being very courteous and accomodated my request for room. There are a lot of variety of restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I enjoyed walking around the area in the evening after a busy day at work.My room was spacious with a partial view of the mountains.Breakfast staff was very courteous and enjoyed a variety of options for breakfast.

Staying here on Business since it's close to my work location. Rooms are not spectacular. Mine did not even have an alarm clock. When I got in the room, it was 78 degrees so I turned the thermostat down to 65 to cool it off. Went out for dinner and the room had cooled down to 77 degrees! Called the front desk and I was told the HVAC system is old and it only blows warm air. So they sent me up a fan and told me to open the window.Going to move to another hotel with adequate AC and won't be staying here again.Noteworthy details: AC only blows warm air.

I was so disappointed in my stay here at the Marriott. We stayed here due to the location and walking distance to a dance competition. The check in process was TERRIBLE. They gave me the wrong room TWICE. Upon getting the right room,we reserved under our room reservation, we walked in to find it dirty still! We had to request housekeeping come clean our room. This was at 5 pm and typical checkin is at 3pm! We were also given a room right next to the pool that oferred no natural light and was humid and hot. The room had no AC and only had a "fan" system that blew hot air. The pool was cold, the hot tub was not working. The next morning there were ants in our bathroom! The hotel felt run down, broken, and disorganized. We stayed here 3 years ago and our stay was 100% different. I was so disappointed to see the decline of this hotel since our last stay. Even though I'm a Marriott member and it's my preferred hotel chain, my next trip to Ogden I'll be staying at the Hilton down the street.

Absolutely awful. Worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. Old, dirty, bugs in the shower. If I could give this place no stars I would. Our window was the size of a bedroom door, they only offered cleaning every third day. I see everyone mentioning the AC not working…. We had to order a box fan because my 3 year got heat stroke. You would think we were staying at the Travel-lodge, it probably would have be better than this. They say the beds are queen size, more like twin. The pool was freezing, the hot tub didn’t work, it was cold, and dirty. There were rooms that connected to the pool and with no AC those rooms were hot & humid. If you can stay somewhere else in Ogden, do it.The Hilton Garden Inn would be a great choice, we had friends staying there and we went to their pool to swim because ours didn’t work….AMAZING pool and hot tub.Awful hotel, they advertise FULLY renovated, no….the lobby is the only renovation that was ever done, rooms are old and dark. Avoid this place, Don’t stay here.
