I had an issue with a defective 40 ounce Tumblr. After conversations back-and-forth with customer service and sending pictures of the damaged product, the company made it right by sending me a replacement in the mail.

Purchased 2 items during a limited release. I was quick and in a hurry to get the order submitted before they sold out. I didn’t realize that my old address had auto filled until after the purchase went through. I emailed and sent Facebook messages to hopefully correct the issue before my items shipped. Even with being such a large company and on a busy release day, I got responses on all platforms within MINUTES and my issue was resolved. Not only do I LOVE the product, but I now have a further appreciation of the company and their customer service. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I couldn’t be happier with my HydroJug water bottle. The 32oz size is ideal - large enough to stay hydrated throughout the day, yet compact enough to fit comfortably in my car’s cup holder. The Pink Sand color is absolutely beautiful and even better in person. I experienced a minor issue with the handle, but HydroJug’s customer service team was exceptional - responsive, efficient, and resolved the matter quickly. Overall, an excellent product backed by outstanding support.
