Took care of our car and gave us a fair quote on repairs we were told were needed as well as a free assessment before they reccomended any fixes for our newly purchased used vehicle. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and friendly. They had a good snack options for if you are waiting for their ride service or your vehicle.

I was on a cross country road trip with my two dogs and broke down in Ogden. I stopped by one shop and they were booked then called another and same thing. That shop recommended Jensen’s and that experience with Angela was a godsend! She went above and beyond and is the epitome of customer service. She was communicative and helpful and understanding and even suggested someone who would buy my car when I decided not to fix it (I needed a new engine). If I didn’t live in NY this would definitely be my go to spot! Thank you again for everything!!

I came in for an oil change because I had a coupon, they were super friendly and helpful even though I was struggling to figure out where to go 😅
They have a nice little waiting room with free snacks and water which was super nice. The man who helped me told me the threads on the screw for the drain hole were wearing out, so he replaced it for me, at zero cost. Super amazing! I definitely felt cared about and very much appreciated the lack of upselling. Also very much appreciated how kind the staff was, the lady at the desk was very very kind.
