It's such a relief to find a mechanic who is honest, fair, and does a great job. Had some work done on the family minivan a couple of years ago. This mechanic pointed out all the things that previous mechanics did incorrectly and fixed all of the issues. I hope Scott never retires! (Although I doubt that he shares that wish) :)

I could spend all day telling you mine and my families experiences at this shop. Some would astonish you because of the high level of quality/honesty. It’s difficult to find a fair and honest mechanic. My family have been going to this shop for at least 24 years as of the year 2024. Coincidentally my wife and her family had been going there for many years as well prior to me meeting them. There are times when they are weeks out. There’s a good reason why they are so busy. I know in my past there have been a couple of times where I didn’t want to wait so I brought my car somewhere else. Both experiences were bad. I’ve decided this shop is the only shop that will work on my car because of those experiences. Now I plan ahead or I patiently wait until they can get me in.

Excellent service! I took my van here for a second opinion after a dealer tried to tell me it needed $2000 for multiple repairs.Proctor's Service Center was able to determine what actually needed repair, and gave me a great deal! The did an excellent job fixing my car. Scott showed me all the parts they took off and explained everything in terms I could understand. He even called back to check on me and make sure there were no additional issues. Highly Recommend. I found a new mechanic!

Hi Scott..took my car in that I have had for 20 years had a radiator leak and had him look at it and it had a hole in it so I needed to replace it plus 4 other things that needed to be repaired but it was more money than the car is worth but he was so upfront and honest with me about how much is going to cost and what was wrong with it. So now it is going to the junkyard. So be looking for a new car to buy and then have Scott look at it before I buy it but he's very professional and honest and I thank you very much Scott look forward to seeing you again thank you
