I took my car in for a standard oil change and emissions. When I got there the staff were so kind! They were patient as I asked questions. About 10 minutes in one of the employees came in and explained that my air filters were nasty (he even brought the filters to show me) and then talked to me about my brakes. He took the time to explain the mm on each one and he was honest when he told me he couldnât see the front ones well but he had a guess of what they were. After a few minutes a different employee came in and he showed me the dip stick for my oil to show that new oil was put in. I have never had that done before but it was cool to see that they took the extra step. Couldnât recommend this place with high enough marks.

They were very professional.
I was worried I would be there for hours because they were so busy, but they worked as a team to get us all taken care of in a short period of time.
They were awesome!!

Went in for a oil change, tire rotation and emissions. They billed me out at the end and after I paid I asked if it passed emissions. Turns out the charged me for it but didn't even do the emissions. So I had to wait longer while they did that. I get about halfway home and the plastic guard that is under the car starts scraping on the ground. Looks like they forgot the put some screws back in. And by that I mean, it's missing about 8 screws. So that's great. I had to ziptie it back on ?

No A/C in the lobby and it was almost 100° The workers and customers deserve hazard pay for this location. Employees were great and earn their keep. ?

I tried to get into two different places for emissions & no one could get me in. I decided to try this Jiffy Lube but noticed their parking lot was being redone and I wasnât sure if I could still go. I called and the guy on the phone was SO nice! He let me know where to enter the parking lot and was literally there to greet me when I pulled up! Got my emissions testing done super fast & was the nicest guy I talked to at any of the auto shops! Will definitely be returning for future needs & will refer my friends & family here!
