  My experience with keep it safe storage was wonderful. Booked it online and it was very simple to get in. Did run into some issues but was able to reach someone via text that guide me through it.. very good prices very clean and fast communication.

  Keep it safe is pretty good storage so far. I went to get a unit reserved online but the net said the price was more than advertised so I called support and they honored the price advertised and made it a quick time getting the account set up. We had a hiccup with the gate code but we called and they corrected it right away. So we’ve had a good experience so far

  Great place for storage, always make sure you verbally speak with someone in the office, take pictures and document important stuff. I've noticed management is forgetful. Also email or call corporate for backup. Piad 72.00 for this unit.

  They have been great to work with for two years now. Even when the gate was broken, they made sure to have a backup plan in place. Safe and clean...would recommend to everyone.

  It’s not very often that I leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure I gave you guys a review because of the genuine and very helpful customer service I received.
  Zelle truly went above and beyond to help me get into a storage shed, with very short notice and during a very hard time in my life. He came in after hours to help us, and he instantly became a friend. He was very considerate and caring, and he made a great impression in my life.
  My storage shed is perfect for what I needed, and all of my things are safe! I’m grateful we came to you guys. Thank you for everything!

  I really love this storage facility! and everyone who works for this facility. A few months back I was diagnosed with cancer, out of work for treatment and had gotten behind on my storage unit they worked with me so I wouldn't lose everything I own in the unit. Zelle even came to my house to check on me when he was unable to reach me by phone he is a very kind and considerate person.

  Have used this storage facility for eight years. Owner/Manager has always been helpful and courteous. Rates are fair and appreciate additional insurance fee for catastrophic events. Whenever I have fallen behind in payment, email and telephone communication has always been pleasant and understanding. Though my goal is to empty out my current unit by end of summer I wouldn't hesitate to rent another unit in the future if needed.

  SCAMMERS. If I could leave 5 negative stars I would!!!!! I never opted in for the “insurance plan”, realized he had been charging me for it anyways. Brought it to Nolan’s attention fixed the issue and credit me back. However it’s happening again the extra 12$ a month, I’ve left voicemails and showed up to the office. No one is ever there. I’ve asked him to delete my card on file and hasn’t returned my calls or been at the office. Not only that, while looking into other transactions with them I’ve noticed a 6$ charge here and a 10$ charge here!!!!!!!!! Don’t do business here
