After 5 hours of waiting. He loads me with 41 thousand pounds putting all the wait up front with 20 feet empty space on the back of the trailer. I had my tendoms pushed all the way forward gave me 31000 for the trailer and had fifth wheel all the forward 34600. 600 pounds over weight. Gross was only 77 thousand. You guys have to train your loaders better than that. They waist too much of our time screwing up like that. There was no reason to leave 20 feet empty space in the back when the load id 41 thousands pounds.

Had a 15:30 appointment arrived at 09:30 immediately got a door super friendly staff done offloading at 10:40 best place ever keep it up

Bad experience after arriving at place for a pick up kept me waiting for 1 hour & 20 minutes before telling me that they didn’t have the merchandise had to go to another building & come back to finish loading Makes no sense

DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY! 4PM appointment arrived at 1:30PM was told to leave premises and come back at scheduled appointment. Signage for Shipping Receiving is a small sign in front of building. Would be nice if the signage was larger or streetside. Closed gate; need to have your PO# in order to gain entry #29……. Other than not having any space to stage EASY IN AND EASY OUT!!

Not to bad of a place for a pick up.. Got here early and put into a door right away... The ladies inside real nice. No over night parking but their is a few truck stops close by...

They have hire rough and angry people who’s don’t know how to speak with some one they don’t have any respect to talk . They all unprofessional worker never come back here again… if I control google map app I don’t give them 0 star ..

Slow loading they do have a bathroom for driver's can use. No overnight parking.
