Josh helped me today and made me feel like I was a priority. He was very patient, kind and helpful. I couldn't decide between some lamps and the shades to go with them and he took all the time I needed to help me. Again he made me feel like I was a priority and he was going to do everything he could to help. I'm sure he had 100 other things to do but he dropped everything and gave me excellent customer service. He went above and beyond for me today. There was another person that helped me a few days earlier answering the questions that I had but I can't remember her name. After describing her at checkout it was either Karen or Sherry.
