No one even asked me what service I wanted, they just pulled my car into the lane, and I had to tell them what service I wanted after. They didn’t tell me how much it would cost either or a time estimate. Zero communication and poor customer service.Service: Emissions testing

To be honest, I am having a terrible year. Yet, my interaction with the guys at this shop literally made my day. They helped me get a quick emissions test on the last day I could get my registration secured. They really uplifted me when I'm at my lowest point. I will hold everyone who works here close to my heart. They also confirmed that my car is spectacular. That being said, they were under manned and still kept a great attitude. Thank you!

I took my H3 Hummer in for a oil change and emissions. They changed the oil and did the emissions. Now, 4 weeks later I looked underneath and they improperly reinstalled the skid plate, it was loose!!! They didn't use the original bolts which were fine, but installed new bolts that were the wrong length and the wrong thread. Now I have to get the right bolts and hopefully I can retap the nuts which are welded in. If that doesn't work, I'm screwed. They are under new management and said they were having trouble hiring new technicians. I will never go back. If you can't trust them to do professional work on a simple oil change, I'd hate to think of what kind of work they do on more difficult things like starters, alternators, injectors, or pretty much anything else.Service: Month & year tag replacement

Absolutely terrible! I went here to get a simple emissions test done after getting some work done at the dealer. The dealer installed a new overlay wiring harness for an electrical module (there was a service bulletin for this repair) and the mechanics here told me that they could not pass it because it looked like it was aftermarket?? I told them the dealer did it and I even had receipts to prove that it is a factory part. They then told me to they could not communicate through my obd2 port and said that it looked tampered with. (This is a completely stock truck) I took my truck to the dealership and told them about the issues and what do you know they passed it first try. Will never take a vehicle here again. terrible customer service and uneducated, unfriendly mechanics. I feel robbed and like I wasted my time. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!Services: Emissions testing

Most people dread emissions.. and I’m one of them. But Kwik Lube completely changed that for me! They are incredibly efficient, extremely nice, and answer questions in the most understandable way. While I was there, someone else came in with a muffler that would’ve scraped had they taken it into the bay. The technician not only explained this to them, but took his own phone out and called neighboring shops to get them sorted. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working with Rose, who was also incredibly sweet. You guys are awesome, Kwik Lube!Service: Emissions testing

After calling 4 or 5 other emissions testing shops and getting no answer or no return call, I was happy to find Kwik Lube. The testing was prompt and the staff was professional and friendly.
