These folks are always great to work with. My wife and I have gotten multiple pairs of glasses here. The staff are always very reasonable, not pushy and very friendly and accommodating. Today for instance I had a broken frame that I came in and got replaced with them putting in my new lenses in less than 30 minutes.

My girl I came in for frames and the girl who helped us, Rebekah was great. Her manager however was not because while we were looking she came up and asked us invasive questions about our budget and made us feel judged for looking at cheaper frames. She told us to look at the great value and assumed it was all we could afford when we were just scoping it all out.
Also this woman was condescending to her staff and told one other worker there she should “know these things by now” when we heard he ask the boss a question. Cherry on top thought was we heard this manager tell Rebekah to “be sure to catch us so they could make their day” my girl and I both work in sales marketing so we get it but that is not how it is done and we sincerely hope she doesn't always treat her staff like that because that behavior was horrible and I wouldn’t work for that. My fiancé took her review down for being too mean but im not letting it slide. People should know what theyre getting when they ask for a manager

I cannot even begin to say how grateful I am for LensCrafters! I will never go anywhere else for my glasses. Good quality lenses, frames, and fair prices! Dr. Watson over at Ion is an MVP of doctors. The staff communicated with me really well, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything. This is the best eyeglasses place in Ogden and I will never go anywhere else! They really care and will do everything to make it right.

Receptionist on phone was unable to find either myself or my husband in the system for insurance coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield through the Asinine new methods/hoops one has to jump through to qualify for service these days.

The store was clean, the staff was friendly, the doctor was very attractive, and prices were comparable to today's standards.
You can either walk-in or call to make an appointment, whatever works best for you.
